First of all the owner lied to us that he had wi-fi, we told him the next day and after a few hours he said that he fix it and that it would be available now, but it wasn’t working all 10 days. He had plumbing problems with the shower and the apartment is wery dark all day there is no natural light at all

Vi blev desværre vækket hver morgen af lyden af byggeri og hamren lige uden for lejligheden, hvilket gjorde det svært at få hvile.
DEThe apartments are big with many rooms and very high ceiling. The location is very central and "very sicilian" I guess. The host is very friendly and funny.
In the evening can be noisy because of the locals. If you are very sensitive for it, can be a problem. Typically Sicilian apartments are missing some random basic stuff. Like some cutlery etc. I think this time knives were the issue. Still not critical. WiFi on Sicily never works :). We have 4 different apartments and each time it was "broken just 2 days ago". But with mobile internet, I don't care. You can park on the street only if you are very lucky and very risky. Otherwise, there underground parking is 5 minutes walk or so.

GBOur host spoke excellent English - we asked him for restaurant recommendations and both places he suggested were superb. Guiseppe was very friendly and ensured we were comfortable and well-informed. The flat was spacious and well kept, and in a perfect location for exploring Palermo.
