Everything was good

The room was wonderful, just would’ve loved for the bedroom to be closer to the patio. All the amenities were nice but the hot tub. Hot tub didn’t work our entire trip.

It was hard to find where to check in at tower 3. Walked all around. Reception lady was less than helpful. She asked name and handed us a packet of stuff to look through on our own. I said it was our first time staying here, and she didn’t say anything. Didn’t tell us anything about what all was offered or anything. Literally, she was not helpful to the couple in front of us either. Definitely doesn’t need to be a front desk person. Not kind, helpful, nice, or anything. Really glad we didn’t have to interact with her the rest of our week. I would seriously think about putting her somewhere else besides working with people. People are excited to get to the beach after a 12 hr car ride and she puts a bad impression out from the beginning.

We loved EVERYTHING!!! So clean, staff very friendly and helpful! View was absolutely breath taking!

Cannot think of one complaint!!!
