A Touch of Bushveld by the Sea

Everything was great! It was so peaceful and quiet... The jacuzzi was an absolute favorite = Romantic, sunset vibes. Loved the hot pool as well. Over-all, definitely a place we will revisit.

There was nothing we didn't like all was perfect.

What a great amount of amenities for the price. We couldn't believe it. We enjoyed the scenery of nature. There are 5 Springbok in the front facing field. We had a wonderful kol-kol tub which was clean and wood was given to us when we arrived. We were the only guests so we had the entire heated pool to ourselves. The pool was clean and we literally just stepped out of our bedroom door and into the pool without any exposure to the autumn cold. Kitchen had everything we needed. Shower was an absolute luxury. Additional touches were excellent. Enough varied seating for inside dining, outside drinks, outside eating and enjoyment of outdoors scenery. Would definitely book again! And just a stone throw for Spa where could go for massages.

No extra blankets. Eventhough there is an aircon with a heat setting. We would have preferred an additional warmer blanket or throw. Would be nice if they had brochures relevant to area and surroundings on table or a list showing closest leisure activities.

Everything was great; neat clean etc. Novi greeted us and took care of us. I parti ularly liked the hot tub and the warm pool (next door- it's a swim school in the week) ... we didn't have time for a braai, but it looks ideal for that too. There are some Springbok on the other side of the place, so it feels a bit like a game farm. Thanks to our hosts!

We have been on a lot of vacations and this was by far the best. Everything you could ever have ask for was in this little gem of a place, we were met by Novi who was an absolute delight, friendly and always eager to help with our needs. From the hot tub to the heated pool to the room and the beautiful little springboks everything was just awesome and breathtaking. We had an absolute dream of a weekend and total privacy. We have never been so relaxed and every morning was a pleasure to wake up. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Quietness

The wind was terrible so could not sit in the hot tub because the smoke was so bad it was burning our eyes. The kettle did not work so we had to boil water on the stove. There was no warm water to wash the dishes. Had to boil water to wash the dishes.

Novi made the stay very nice. Having someone you can contact at any time for anything you need is amazing. After being welcomed by Novi, you are greeted by an ice cold bottle of top quality grape juice in a bucket of ice. Speaking of ice, there is an AC in the room that blows ice cold for those warm summer nights and days. Private pool is really nice. Bed is big enough for 3 so for a couple there's more than enough room. Sunsets are beautiful, surrounded by nature and some natural wildlife. Nice little braai area to use either as a braaing area or a nice little outdoor fire even in summer, some nights get chilly so do take a jacket with. Forgot something at home? There's a checkers and PnP 4mins away. Don't want to cook? KFC is also 4mins away. In fact there's a whole mall 4mins away. There is a dog on premesis but it really does not bite. Well trained little German shepherd. There is a mosque only 10mins away.

Husband dreads dogs so when he saw a German shepherd sneak up on him he ran inside. I told him the owner said the dog really won't bite. Next day when rex came he was still sitting outside. He was okay to have him around.
