Good clean place with a nice continental breakfast in the room although not much of a view

We had to leave our room to use the bathroom and shower across the hall which we ran into other guests , this is not a criticism or a bad point, just not expected, however the bathroom was spotless

Perfect location short level walk to the high street. Unique and chic furnishings. Lovely en-suite.

Staff was amazing and ready to fix every issue I brought to light. Bathroom wasn't particularly well cleaned as I've found quite a few hair in the tub, sink and on top of the toilet. Housekeeper came in no time twice. Both for that hair issue and then again on the next morning when a wasp came in and as I am allergic and terrified it was a blessing to have her take prompt action. Decorations are absolutely amazing, I had the animalier room (n4) and was stunning. Breakfast is definitely a 10/10. I dont eat much but it has been a very nice surprise to see all the bottles of milk, water, orange juice, the fresh granola etc. Location is great to walk around Marlborough (and close to the bus stops). Special mention to the lad from the burger place downstairs helping me with my suitcase on the steep stairs.

Not much place to hang/put your clothes. There are four hangers on the wall but not very functional sadly.

The decor in the room was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and convenient. The keypad access worked well. The bathroom was stylish and spacious.

We didnt like the breakfast left in the fridge. We had the same last year so didn’t bother with the overnight oats or the fruit jar this year. Coffee machine did not work. Window in bathroom was literally held together with sellotape. This is unforgivable at the price we were paying and is an accident waiting to happen. To make things worse- this window was in a similar condition a year ago when we stayed in the same room.

Looked unattractive from outside No staff just instructions on what not to do made it feel impersonal

Quirky room, but very enjoyable, good beverages and breakfast provided in the room fridge. Very comfortable bed and nice ensuite.

The door to the room was quite odd and didn't seem completely secure.
