"the house was very nice, comfortable beds and spacious and close to some amenities."

spacious home and proximity to amenities around the area

bottom floor was hot even with the thermostat adjusted. had to open windows to not suffocate. second floor was cold and noisy when walking around bottom floor could hear everything.
