4B 2BA Luxury Central Apartment with Gym

The location was great! The parking was not! We had 2 vehicles. Only 1 could park at the site for $39.00 a day. Street parking was pay by the hour however, you could NOT extend past 4 hours?? There was no other street parking to move to as everything was in the same "zone". We each got a $25 parking ticket - BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PLACE ELSE TO PARK!

After spending two nights in a very warm room because the window took two days to get fixed, while the young man was there, I asked him to unplug the drain in the sink right outside of that same bedroom where he fixed the window. There were 2 slats missing in the blinds on the sliding door. There was very little water pressure at the kitchen sink. I'm also attaching pictures of how dirty your air-conditioning filter system is. Inside and out. Perhaps you might want to have your housekeepers clean it a little bit better and change the filter in your air-conditioning unit?? Honestly, they could do a better job at cleaning. There was a lot of dust everywhere. In fact, because of all of these things that happened, the window being open for two days, the sink being clogged, the place, not really being clean, and the sink backing up I asked that at a minimum they might be able to Refund the cleaning at least. They answered they were going to look into it. I have been home for over a week. I asked them yesterday if they had an answer. I never heard from them again. I realize that it is totally up to them, however by looking at the pictures, I know you can really see what I'm talking about.

The location was perfect for downtown

The housekeeping and clean cleanliness of the building was terrible it smelled bad the whole place not good cleaning products it was clean it just smelled bad all the hallways. Did not like you had to pay for parking for the stay separately

I did love the view

1. A wasn’t to clean 2. The girls couldn't sleep very well because of the noise outside, the cars were racing, and they heard everything through the window is the closed all the way

Loved the pin number check in , the place was very nice

The only part is the 500 deposit, also it was alot of dust under the bead and also on the vent. Also there should be parking included with the price

I didn’t like how in booking.com it doesn’t state the name of the property, the apartments I stayed at were the Kensington apartments. In booking.com, it said it was 4B 2BA Luxury Central Apartment with Gym. No mention of INVITAE, (the company that was messaging me for my booking), the Kensington Apartments, nothing. Also, there was only one parking pass, why would there only be one parking pass for a room with four beds and 2 bathrooms? The assumption is there will be at least 4 people coming so why is there not 4 parking passes? AT LEAST let there be an option to get more than one parking pass. On top of that, INVITAE was very slow and hard to contact throughout this whole process. I tried calling the number, it immediately went to voicemail. I would text the number that was messaging me from INVITAE however I wouldn’t get a response for 10-20 minutes. I understand a lot of people may have been booking rooms as well however where’s the courtesy of “hey, we are very busy right now, we Weill get back to you shortly?” And whats the point of having a phone number and if no actual human being is going to connect to it when I call? And the final thing, they charged me a $1,000 refundable security deposit when in the automated message they sent me, it stated the security deposit was $500. HOW DO YOU UPCHARGE $500 when the automated message said $500?????? THEN PROCEED TO TELL ME YOU CAN NOT CHANGE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT BECAUSE YOU ALREADY SENT ME THE BILLING INFORMATION FOR $1,000? What piss poor management. Thank god I got the refund back however I just got a message today saying they couldn’t find the parking pass when I have my friends as witnesses seeing I put it in the lock box. They were ready to charge me $200 for a $1 piece of plastic when they didn’t search hard enough the first time. They messaged and said they finally found it however how about try double checking next time before telling a customer they have to pay $200 for a lost item.

Great location in uptown Charlotte. Close (walking distance) to restaurants, bars/pubs, coffee shops and tram stops. There is a Harris Teeter (grocery) close by. Easy walking distance to Truist Field and Bank of America Stadium. Location is in a safe, quiet area. Apartment itself is clean, roomy and comfortable. There is plenty of space for a family or group of friends to stay (4 bedrooms, 2 baths/toilets, 4 bathroom sinks). Building has secure entry and feels safe. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Charlotte.

Parking in the apt. complex was relatively expensive. There is a parking lot next to the bldg. that appears to be cheaper. It would have been nice to have supplies to make coffee (there was a coffee maker and one open coffee packet and no creamer, sugar).

The property was very well maintained and had all the important and relevant facilities. It is at a central location and close to restaurants, pubs etc

I think more or less nothing. It was all good.

Unit was well kept, and easy to find. Communication was good.

There was still trash left in a bag in the kitchen. And there were no larger trash cans, so the trash bags were difficult to fill out. Cost was too high for the room as we had stayed in a similar room earlier for half the price in the same building. Parking fee was extremely high given there was a parking lot across the street. For the price, we were expecting bigger rooms/higher floors, etc.
