A rest after a day in the Death Valley desert

C’était paisible et tout était fait pour que l’on soit autonome et bien installé, beaucoup de choses à disposition pour pouvoir se faire à manger.

Moc příjemná paní hostitelka. Zvenku to vypadá zvláštně, ale uvnitř je to kouzelně vybavený apartmán. Vybavení je starší, ale to nevadí. Bylo tam moc příjemně. Dobře vybavená kuchyň.

So warm & accommodating (we had a late arrival & owner had light on waiting for us). Encouraged to make ourselves at home & having a kitchen allowed us to fix a meal after days eating out. Completely remote & silent, perfect for enjoying the desert & stargazing (dark night).

Difficult to find - GPS does NOT work. Make sure to follow her map on slides (only way we found it).

Karen was extremely welcoming. The local Mexican restaurant was closed but there was such a good stock of foodstuffs in the accommodation that we were able to make ourselves a meal, which was really more than we could have expected. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Thank you Karen.

Voll ausgestattete große Wohnung. Sehr netter Empfang. Wir hatten sogar einige Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank. Also Ausgangspunkt für Touren ins Death Valley ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen.

a lot of the TV shows were not part of the package, you had to open an account to watch some basic TV shows.

About 30-40 minutes from Zabriskie Point, the name says it all. It was just what we needed after a day in the DV 100+ heat. It had everything we needed. Karen met us and was super sweet, she even had provided extra food in case we needed it.
