All as described. Very welcoming host.

all facilities were provided, coffee powder, oil n kitchen equipment. washing machine, free parking, aircon and showering stuff. Nothing more I could ask for! the distance was slightly further away from city centre (10km away) but nothing you can't solve without a car. we stayed for a night and woke up early for our flight out PMO.

Perfect sized apartment for a family of 3. Located halfway between Mondello beach and the outskirts of Palermo on the 4th floor of a large apartment building. Very clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything we needed. Nothing fancy but perfectly fine. We didn’t meet the owner in person but he was very responsive via messages and the local lady Giovanna who met us was a pleasure to deal with. While there are a couple of small shops and bars/takeaways within walking distance, a car is needed to get around.

While the apartment was fairly modern, the apartment building was dated, with an old rattling lift with signs saying part of the door is broken and might jam. One of the towels we were given had stains on it.

The apartment was excellent—well-equipped with everything we needed and offering a beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, and the coffee was the best! Great value for the price. Parking was easy, and Giovanna was exceptionally polite and helpful, making our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you, and we look forward to staying again next time!

Apartment 2 rooms -IV floor ,elevator, nicely decorated, kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. Super clean, which is a great advantage. Free parking in front of the building. Heating with air conditioning. Very quiet. I personally highly RECOMMEND

Very friendly, communication was great. Our flight was delayed, we arrived at 1.30 AM, but the lady welcomed us very nicely.

The apartment was very clean and organized. The host, Giovanna, was friendly and greeted us warmly. She offered us a nice drink of cold water when we arrived which was appreciated. We were only in the apartment for one night as we were catching the ferry to Naples the next morning, so I can’t really comment on the location as we didn’t venture out of the neighborhood. However, there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby which we found handy.

The apartment was a bit difficult to find with the one-way streets.
