Luxury & New apartment in beach area II

The apartment was modern, practical and very comfortable, with plenty of natural light from large windows. The bedrooms were located at the back of the apartment and were quiet and well laid out. The location was excellent — close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Direct elevator access from the parking area to the apartment was very convenient and overall our group really enjoyed the stay.

Key collection required going to an office at a different address, though the staff were helpful in guiding us to the key locker. Accessing the building by car was a bit tricky, with several private parking entrances and a remote control that took some time to work. The parking space itself was very narrow.

First impressions count ! On our arrival the receptionist brought us over to the appartment which was great. A problem was solved with a shutter immediately . Appartment was very comfortable with 2 bed and 2 bath and you could see the sea in the distance, 5 mins walk . 2 mins walk to Mercadona ( good grocery store ) and about 7 mins walk to train station , so great location. Bus stop also opposite appartment . Nice local vibe in Fuengirola.

If I could fault anything , a fab rooftop swimming pool but it closes end of September, which is a pity.

The quilts were summer weight and it was cold at night, there were no extra blankets for the beds.

Bara småsaker lite för få kaffe/ temuggar och glas hade förväntat mig en kapsel maskin för kaffe, nu fanns det en kaffebryggare utan kaffemått. Lite tunt med köksredskap bl a ingen stekspade.

Location was excellent, apartment was clean and well stocked. Loved the pool.

We had no hot water while there, then no air conditioning when they attempted to fix it so no sleep for 2 nights. No chairs or beds by the pool.

Bueno el piso estaba limpio es nueve y muy bonito

Lo único que no me gustó que no había llaves para subir a la piscina ya que veníamos con un niño que no se puede mover y no puede estar en la playa y nos hubiera gustado haber podido estar ahí en la piscina , pero bueno para la próxima

Het was een prachtige appartement. Heel schoon en netjes . Beste locatie. Strand en centrum op loop afstand. Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Ik mocht zelfs 2 uur later uitchecken, en dat was erg fijn . Wij komen zeker hier terug .
