"Pathetic experience and very poor management"

Nothing special

I booked the property a day before. My booking was confirmed and when we reached the property on booking date blue door management asked us to pay deposit after paying deposit in few while we were informed that there was some other booking which was confirmed and management of blue door asked us to leave. It was our 10th marriage anniversary which we went to celebrate but all our precious time went in communicating with management. After several request with the management they agreed to provide the property. Overall I do not understand how come 2 bookings are confirmed of same date and time. Booking.Com is also equally responsible for this scenario. Very very poor experience. Won’t suggest it to anyone or neither re visit. On a special day I did not expect that such situation will happen. Not at all satisfied.
