Veľmi príjemný pobyt. Hotel bol čistý, izba priestranná a pohodlná. Personál bol ochotný, milý a vždy pripravený pomôcť. Raňajky boli chutné a výber dostatočný. Lokalita hotela je výborná, blízko centra a zároveň v pokojnom prostredí. Oceňujem aj bezproblémové parkovanie. Určite odporúčam a pri ďalšej návšteve sa rád vrátim.

Bylo duszno w budynku, i poduszki do spania były twarde.

Accommodation with good facilities, parking on site, foothills of the High Tatras, good access to the highway. Nice and helpful staff, in the restaurant waiters only from abroad (from Kazakhstan), they speak Slovak and English (and probably Russian :-)). Good price for the services in the context of awaited quality. There was no long wait for breakfast and dinner, there was enough space in the restaurant.

There are several negatives. The cleanliness of the apartment was critical, which also applies to the common areas, corridors, stairs and restaurant. The elevator in apartment building C did not work, and apparently has not been working for a long time, as a plastic sign warned about it. The floor in the restaurant was sticky, several plates with poorly washed food residues. We found moldy bread for breakfast!!! Overall, the facility shows that they save money on everything. For example, the recycling of old bread. On Sunday morning, there was only old dry bread for breakfast. We do not complain about the quality of the food, we know how much we paid for a stay with half board. I feel sorry for the people who bought an investment apartment here... It is a value that does not grow due to the quality of the services...
