Paihia By the Sea

Amazing location in the centre of everything. Nice apartment with good facilities. Excellent host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The apartment was large, clean and well situated on the waterfront at Paihia.

Nothing.

We stayed here for Waitangi 2025, it was easy walking distance along the beach to the celebrations, and SO well positioned for dinner options each night. The apartment has a great spot, yes its in a complex, and with its own entrance, little garden area, and being outside the pool gates, you have your own special spot. We will be back!

The location was very handy for the ferry, shops and restaurants. Having a pool was a good addition. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The host responded promptly to any queries prior to our stay.

Unfortunately we experienced noisy neighbours. The next apartment appeared to be inviting guests into the complex for a party which forced us to eventually spend our evening inside.

The location is fantastic, very central.

Nothing I didn't like.

A fabulous apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, ideally located near the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The washing machine is located next to the bedroom, but it shouldn't be a problem as long as it's not in use during sleeping hours.
