Beautiful and perfect for a group. Having a pub across the street is great!

The house was beautiful, warm and in a lovely location. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The showers were really big and had great water pressure. The kitchen was very modern and well stocked. The sitting room was cosy with a nice TV and some board games, cards and books. The beds were all really comfortable too. We all loved the back garden with the sheltered seating area. There is a big carpark to the front of the house. There were a lot of lovely touches to this house that made it very homey and inviting. There is a town about a 5 minute drive with shops and restaurants. The scenery in the area is breathtaking. Barry was a great host and very accommodating. He was always available to answer any of our questions. I would happily recommend this house to anyone visiting Antrim.

Barry was proactive prior to and during our stay at the Halfway House which is located across the road from the pub, making sure everything was in readiness for our stay and making himself available during our stay. Communication with him was easy and he was prompt with his responses. This 5 bedroom house has been available on booking.com only in the last few months after extensive renovations. The presentation of the house was immaculately clean, fittings and furniture were new, high quality with a mix of traditional and modern style. The owner has gone the extra mile with this property with everything needed to cook, as well as providing some fresh provisions. While the house and pub seem to be out in the middle of no where, the pub is very popular due to the excellent food served and the homely, friendly atmosphere. The busyness of the pub did not effect our privacy at the house.

Really nothing stands out that we didn’t like, our stay was quite memorable!
