Posizione strategica vicinissimo al centro, pulitissimo e ben accessoriato sia in cucina che nella dotazione bagno.

Le altezze dei soppalchi non superano i 180 cm, per chi è più alto di così sono oggettivamente scomodi.

Very clean and nice place. Communication is fast, easy entrance instructions. Definitely recommend.

Super clean, friendly host, clear instructions to get in and out. Washing machine a bonus. Convenient location for train station (about 12 min walk from Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans), close to everything!

Not much natural light but this was not a problem for a short stay.

The location is very central so you can enjoy Palermo, very close to the cathedral and Massimo theater.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but I found the place a bit dirty: tissues under the bed, mold in the corners of the shower, old towels, a blanket that smelled of someones perfume so it probably was not washed and a very bad smell in the apartment, like very damp or moldy. I was also not able to use the washing machine which is one of the main reasons I booked so I could wash my clothes after seven days of travel. Luckily there was a laundry mat just a short distance away (recommended by the host).

Location, installations (complete apartment with all you need including wash-machine), freedom to come and go as you please having the place for yourself. EXCELLENT value for money in the low season. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Breakfast (not so much as breakfast but coffee pallets, packaged bread/toast, nutella/gely/butter and water); Parking: convenient but not private, public street corner with free parking but very hard to reach/find at first (specially on Fridays where this huge street market takes over the entire vicinity creating chaos on already narrow chaotic streets where you also have to deal with traffic restrictions); Can be noisy for those who are light sleepers since is right on the street and sometimes kids with noisy motorbikes or just noisy pedestrians yelling in this narrow street.
