420 Friendly SKYLINE view Downtown Loft FREE Parking

The area was pretty quiet during my stay. The building is older and has really neat woodwork. The loft was spacious and open. The couch and bed were very comfortable. I loved the uniqueness of the artwork. I appreciated how clean the loft was, too.

I did not know the loft was on the 3rd floor and that there was no elevator. I am disabled so this made my stay difficult. Thankfully, I am ambulatory with a cane, but was still developed pain from traversing the stairs. If there was an entrance from the parking lot, it had been closed. I saw boards covering an area in the back. The dumpster was overflowing and surrounded by litter. I had to open the lot gate to get to the door of the building. The silverware is limited and isn't the best. The can opener barely worked. I didn't like the leftover food in both the fridge and freezer, but it all seemed fresh and wasn't in the way.

I love the swing and it smelled clean and fresh and was cozy.

Honestly the only thing I can say is pay attention to how the bathroom is cleaned. Because even though it appeared clean it still had hair around the sink nozzles and behind the bathroom door and for someone that has a hair phobia like me it kind of freaked me out especially when walking barefooted

Local bus location almost next to the house. The host has made their best to make the loft cosy - it is well decorated and the provided amenities are sufficient. The loft is very spacious. The view is towards Downtown Detroit.

The location is in the middle of an abandoned industrial area and walking from downtown feels scary, especially if it gets dark/is dark in the morning. The house is full of weed smells (which also enter the loft), dirty and outworn. The roof is leaking when raining. The kitchen trap is loose and dripping. I couldn't find dishwashing liquid or sponge from the kitchen section. The lighting part could be improved - no reading lamps were found, incl. next to the bed, and the light intensity in the loft even with all lights on was very low - it felt dark. Note that the washing machine is not located in the loft but downstairs in the creepy house, being in common use, and requires an app to pay for its use.

it was very dirty , there was hair in the shower and on the bed sheets , the remote for the parking lot does not work so u have to park on the street , lock box was frozen upon arrival

Freezing in the room. Roof leaking puddle on floor. Behind bathroom door was a bunch of dust and hair. Also long black hair in bathroom. No elevator and it's on 3rd floor, all steep stairs. Sketchy!! I am disabled so this was quite an issue. We left all the luggage in the truck because it was to much to keep doing these stairs brining things in. Booking.com is a scam and the bank has told us so. We will spread the word about booking through them at all.
