The house was clean and had all the necessities we needed, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids were happy too, Bhuti Sandile was always there when we needed him and made sure that all our needs were met

I did not like the following: 1. Smell of cigarettes at reception. 2. The fact that I booked online and my bookings were approved but when I got to the venue no one knew about my bookings. As a result, I had to relinquish my arrangement with these silly scammers, and I had to spend more money to a different accommodation. The treatment I received at Graden Court where we ultimately stayed for the duration was far much better than this horrible stinking place. I am still to write an article to one of the leading newspapers to complain about the horrific treatment I received. It was extremely horrible. I will never ever opt for such a horrible place in my life.

Clean,spacious and beautiful.it has everything we needed for our stay.it felt like home away from home

The couches and beds need upgrading

Loved the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfort of the bed, softness of the pillows, amazing sheets. Loved the bathroom too. It is close to the beach. Grateful for the fans in the bedroom, Durban was hot!

The cleanliness should be extended to the windows.

The location was central and closer to the beach. Walking distance to interesting places

I believe the host can do better in having a complementary tea or coffee

It is close to uShaka Marine World,boat cruise and other activities and transport is easily accessible

The couches are a bit outdated

The owner was responsive to my messages and was able to help me. Great location.
