اعجبني موظفين الاستقبال احييهم على الحفاوة والترحيب واخص بالشكر الاستاذ سعيد الوادعي اللي تعاون معي في تسجيل الخروج بسبب العارض الصحي لطفلي الرضيع .

مرتبة السرير والوسائد غير مريحة أبدا وصلبة الغرفة المطلة على الشارع تحتاج نوافذ عازلة وليست النوافذ الحالية

"Overall the the hotel is very good for family stay and staff is very supportive"

The hotel location is perfect , the facility is good , room size are bigger and comfortable overall staff is also good minor room service delay but acceptable.

Each room has an internal connecting door to adjacent rooms, which is not acoustically treated and lead to noise disturbance, especially during late hours. It is recommended to properly seal these doors to enhance acoustic performance.

Location and staff

Breakfast buffet had fixed options and crowding was affecting the service. Which is normal sometimes for new property and I believe they can improve on it
