GBRoom was modern and clean, excellent choice of teas, coffee, toiletries etc - even had a delightful complimentary bag of fudge! Breakfast was good with wide choice of cooked and continental choices. Great central location with parking very close. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and great price too.

Central heating not working. It is advertised with’parking’ It is actually in a pay car park so add £11 to your bill

Had a small issue with the heating and water. Water was fixed while I was there

GBLocation is ideal, and whilst it is a pub there is access to the rooms without going through the pub. The room I was in was presented perfectly.
TV was quite tricky to work out how to use without instructions and it was noisy outside early Sunday morning, sounded like aluminium beer barrels being rolled around. Not enough that I wouldn’t stay again.
CNGBExcellent…..ideally located especially if you’re looking to explore Dartmoor and surrounding area. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast including cooked to order full English. It was homely and quirky and we loved it.
