Very clean, spacious modern.

Good location. Big apartment.

The sofa bed for our 7th guest was broken, meaning one of us didn’t have a bed for our stay. We were also missing a bed sheet and towel for that guest. The management company did not sort it out when informed of the issue. Booking.com had to step in and have provided a partial refund. Bedding and a towel was eventually delivered for the 2nd night but still a broken bed. The apartment is ok, but isn’t set up for 7 people (only 4 mugs, glasses, etc) so shouldn’t be sold as such. I would not recommend for 7 people and with such poor management.

Wow. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Beautiful apartment, in an amazing location. The hosts went above and beyond with what was supplied at the accommodation. Lovely host and great communication every step of the way. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

It VP was spacious and clean.

We had to wait an hours outside the property with elderly relatives and two toddlers , in the rain trying to access the property . Also the apartment is not the one featured on the website , basement apartment .

Spacious flat, Bathrooms were clearly newly fitted and clean but no bathmats for stepping out of shower..

Communication: ok to start with, then died off when we tried to make contact with any.isues. we had a message with the doorcode to get in for 'flat B'. Got to the address and no Flat B? We then went up all floors trying the keycode on all apartments (1-6) within the building. It didn't work. Eventually we tried the separate basement flat (10a), and the door opened. We rang the number provided while we were trying to get in and mesged, without response. WiFi non existent, although it's mentioned in the specs for the property on booking.com. when I msged to ask about the WiFi, after my 3rd msg I was told 'use imperial Hotel wifi' ? Competely inadequate provision for the number of people: ,no bathmats. Kitchen: only 3 cups. No glasses.apart from wine glasses (but no corkscrew) No side tables/lamps in.Bedrooms. Basement area smelly with exposed wires. Photos in advert on booking.com show pictures from a flat further up.in the building, a dining table and chairs in in window (not there), we were in the basement!
