Facilidad de comunicación con los propietarios. Habitación amplia con balcón y lavabo perfectos. Disponer de cocina y nevera. La maquina de café genial. Céntrico. El desayuno que lo pides en la pastelería de debajo muy bueno.

El ruido de los huéspedes. Se oía bastantes a los vecinos.

Tenía una cocina y terraza común que se podía usar. Para desayunar había que ir a una pastelería que hay al lado y estaba muy buena

Se oía todo lo que ocurría en la calle. Al entrar la habitación olía a tubería ( menos mal que poco a poco y ventilando bien desapareció el olor)
