Charming 3 bedrooms villa in the heart of Canggu, Echo Beach

The staff was amazing. I really appreciate the effort made by Ranie and Putu accommodating my family requests during our stay. They were always available and replied to my requests quickly resolving some of those issues I mentioned below.

Villa requires significantly more attention to maintenance. Several concerns around poor organization impacting on our delayed check in. - Poor overall cleaning. Dirty water stains on the floors everywhere, evidencing of a job made in a hurry. - Towels delivered late in the evening. - Entrance door in a very poor condition. So, it didn't provide appropriate security. The old locker requires urgent change. We secured the door from inside with the pool pole. - My family did not have a hot shower during our entire stay at the villa. I believe this was due to very low static pressure in the system. The weak water stream made it impossible to have a shower. - The bidet hose in one of the toilets was leaking making trip hazard. So, I turned the water off in the toilet. My girls used another toilet instead. In addition to the above. I would like to mention a major safety issue. The pool was not clean. I've found out water was not filtered appropriately. My family was able to see pollutants (e.g. human hair, small and larger pieces of organic and non organic nature). Unfortunately, my family spent some time in the pool before we recognized the pollution. The next day all five of us had required medical attention involving intravenous treatment, antibiotics and multiple other medications. There's no need to mention the substantial negative impact on our entire vacation in Bali. I didn't mention a few other minor issues that may be considered as an excessive to the above issues.

Big villa, nice setting, quiet.

The villa could be cleaner, windows, pool etc. Pool is cleaned three times a week but it gets so dirty and there seemed to be no filter. The high windows in the bedroom need blinds - two of the rooms are very light all night long. Our fridge leaked water and we contacted the host who said they would come but never arrived.

What a beautiful stay there in Canggu, location cannot be better at walking distance to famous Samadi Bali. Place is clean and staff is so nice, I would definitely recommend it and hope we will be back one day !
