Luxury 4 bed house in Coventry

Location was very tucked away and quiet/peaceful, lots of room for multiple guests. Multiple bathrooms including a downstairs one which is nice to have.

The house stank of weed on arrival, we had to air out the house for several hours for the smell to subside. There was an inherent feel of sloppiness throughout the house; the kitchen tap was installed backwards, water pressure on the downstairs toilet was really low, some of the spare towels in the airing cupboard were soaking wet for some reason, and maybe we missed it but we didn't have any additional pillows.

Really good house and well cleaned and maintained

House had a strong smell of curry on entry. Central heating boiler had no pressure and had to be topped up on at least 6 occasions during our stay - must be a leak somewhere. It is clear this property has had a hard life as the walls all show signs of damage repairs.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Very well decorated with almost everything we needed. A wonderful supply of a variety of tea, coffee, sugar, little cartons of milk and shower gel. Home from home!

It was very cold in the house when we arrived. There weren't any instructions for the central heating. There was no washing up bowl or plug for the kitchen sink. There were only 2 coat hangers.

The front door lock seemed abit tempermental seemed like you had to turn the key to lock and unlock the door alot until it caught and either locked or unlocked some of the bedroom doors and back door from utiity area were tight to shut like the door may have swollen up not ideal if you need to use the loo in the night and your trying to be quiet

The property was very clean and it had all the things we needed. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. It was easy to assess the property without any need to keep calling the host. The bedding was clean, the house was well furnished and looked like it had been recently decorated. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and the house is close to local amenities and shops.

I noticed the doors to two of the rooms were getting stuck and it was difficult to open them but the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

The house was spacious and had all basic facilities and necessities. It has clearly been maintained very well. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space.

One of the bathroom toilets was unclean - it had been used and not cleaned properly. Other than that, no issues.
