CAWe booked this apartment for 9 people (5 adults and 4 children) and it was very comfortable for all of us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. The location was great — close to grocery stores, not far from the city center and a beautiful city park with a castle. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
No air conditioners, but fans were provided.

We are completely dissatisfied with the provided accommodation. Despite being informed that this would be a shared apartment with a common bathroom and kitchen, it is absolutely unsuitable for co-living with other guests: 1. The room doors are old and do not close properly, so you can literally hear every step your neighbors take. 2. The kitchen is very small, about the size of a bathroom, and it’s difficult for even two people to fit in. On top of that, it was dirty, with surfaces, dishes, and utensils not properly cleaned. 3. The bathroom door has no lock. Given the presence of unfamiliar neighbors, this seems absurd. 4. Upon check-in, there was a persistent smell of sewage in the apartment. Most likely, it appeared because the shower or toilet hadn’t been used for some time, as the smell almost disappeared over time. However, the firstl impression was negative. On top of that, we had terrible housemates who walked around in dirty shoes, left water and dirt on the bathroom floor, and were noisy late into the night. While this isn’t the owner’s fault, be aware that you could have the same experience. Furthermore: - The windows are very old and peeling. - The bathroom outlet is half-broken and feels unsafe to use. - The balcony is in such bad shape that it feels unsafe to step on. - It’s cold, and there’s no clear way to turn on the heating. Despite the good location, this was the worst short-term rental experience we’ve had.
ROThat s enough space for a family with two grown children ..practically for 4 adults. You can cook something ..you have a refigerator, was masine..everything. Price is decent ..on the street is a supermarket with decent prices. Parking places are enough around witch you can pay with a phone aplication.
You have to share the bathroom and kitchen with others ..proprity has 3 rooms for rent and an entrance space, bathroom and kitchen on common share.
CZIt was my first experience with AirBnB. Instructions were great and we were satisfied with them. Good price on services, what you provide. It was clean and also a towels were great.
But there were two things, what we didn't like. The first was that on the toilet was missing the air fresher. It would be very fine, if you will put on to toilet. The second thing was a wet wall above warddrobe.

ROReally nice property, neat and clean, the rooms and the facilities too. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows too. Very easy access in the building and in the apartment, you just need to follow the instructions the kind owner gives you.
The only down side of the property were 2 spiderwebs on the ceiling.
