we use a lot of houses for work and tis was one of the best we have stayed in and will be staying again next time

nothing was perfect

House had everything we needed and was close to the beach. Communication with host was fantastic. Was able to park outside the property.

We travelled as a group of four adults to attend a family funeral and two out of the four of us have mobility issues. The stairs were a real problem for us. They are narrow, steep and particularly difficult to navigate at the bottom. While there’s not much the host can physically do about this, it’s an old terrace, it might be an idea to mention it on the listing. One of us had to sleep on the sofa as they physically couldn’t get up and down them. Might be an idea to get a sofa bed downstairs for this who can’t navigate the stairs.

No hand towels only bath towels.

The house and decor was lovely and I recommend the place to families. It is only 5 minutes to the beach and in a prime location in Lowestoft. I would visit again.

Great value for money for family of 5. Close to beach and town. Nice base to explore the coastline. Comfortable and clean
