Modern and clean and had everything we needed

Stayed in the property for 7 weeks and found everything about it fantastic. The apartment is extremely clean, well equipped and so convenient to everything needed for a short or long stay. Robert (host) was on hand for any queries or assistance if needed and nothing was a bother to him. I would highly recommend The Arches New Modern apartment for business and holiday stays.

Comfortable and quiet, and ideal for our purpose. A very good deal for four nights for two sightseeing visitors. Good public transport links into the city and suburbs, and shops close by. Friendly, helpful local people and we enjoyed the banter and hospitality.

The apartment was super clean, bright and airy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was also very convenient for transport to the city centre and airport, but in spite of its proximity to a main road it was incredibly quiet. Parking was not a problem and initial access to the flat was very straightforward. I’d be very happy to stay there again.

An extremely well maintained apartment, with excellent facilities. The location is perfect.

Facilities were good and the transport network is great for getting into town

Just needed a touch up in certain places for example wiping walls down where they are scuffed but apart from that perfectly adequate if you are out and about most of the time

A modern and well-equipped apartment, an ideal accommodation for longer stays. Communication with the owner is fluent and efficient.

The heating system seems not to work properly around the rooms downstairs. The WiFi network was not very good neither as it sometimes fails or was too slow to connect to the internet. The router needs to be switched, powered... This is not something most people are used to carry out.

The apartment was much bigger than I was expecting. Plenty of room, two bathrooms. Everything was clean and well prepared. I would recommend this place to others, it was a good value.

The Wifi didn't work at all, and the TV did not work because the Wifi was not working. Parking was on the street. At this location parking worked out when it wasn't busy (at night) but difficult to find a spot in the middle of the day.
