Casa de la peña

El lugar de la casa excepcional, vistas impresionantes. Además ahora en este mes de Junio fresca, corría una brisa por la noche y se dormía de maravilla sin necesidad de ventiladores ni aire acondicionado

Las cucarachas, aunque no es problema de la casa, hay muchas en la zona de Orzola, pero bueno tampoco ha sido una gran molestia.

Se ha abierto una reclamación oficial tanto al consumidor europeo como al canario.

Cucarachas en todo el alojamiento, agua marrón, sofá con agujeros, paredes con moho, porticones rotos, apenas se podía abrir y cerrar la puerta de la calle ¿Sigo?....

Nada,esta vivienda no está en condiciones para alquilar

Plaga de cucarachas y hormigas,sin luz durante 2 días,todo lleno de moho,nada recomendable,no pongo vídeos porque no me deja

A fantastic view and a great location away from the typical holiday locations in Lanzarote.

Property itself has potential. Unfortunately we arrived to find cockroaches scuttling around the ground floor and basement floor bedroom . Not great arriving at 10pm and having to try and chase down and eliminate cockroaches. The patio outside was full of them when it got dark. The bed linen was damp which created a lot of dissatisfaction and there was mould on the walls . Furniture was tatty. We immediately contacted Booking and the owner. First time I’ve had to do this. The first night we arrived late so we had no other option but to stay. I couldn’t convince any of the family to stay any longer so we moved out of the accommodation the next morning and found alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. The owner seemed very reluctant to acknowledge the problems and has refused to give us any money back because they apparently couldn’t be sure of why we didn’t want to stay!!!

Brak kogoś kto może pomóc na miejscu - podczas silnych opadów zalało nam salon i kuchnie oraz kapało z dachu - nikt nie przyszedł pomóc mimo kontaktu z właścicielką. Brak akcesorii do sprzątania - ścierek, świeżego mopa, środków czystości. Dom nie był wystarczająco czysty gdy przyjechaliśmy. Kurz i piasek na podłodze oraz meblach. Kuchnia wyposażona w patelnię nie nadające się do użytku. Dom zapleśniały w niektórych miejscach na ścianach i sufitach. Odpadająca farba ze ścian które były zawilgotniałe.

Prostorný apartmán vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi.

Na ubytování vzal čas za své. Některé vybavení velmi staré, jako například pohovka. Okenice většinou rozbité a koupelna viz. fotografie. Po příjezdu velmi vlhké a zatuchlé. 2 dny bylo nutné v kuse větrat. Internet velmi pomalý, ale když jsme posunuli router blíže k oknu, docela to šlo. TV pak zvládla i Youtube.

Nice and peaceful location, everything needed for comfort stay. Comfortable for family with 4 people.

House need a little bit renovation, some windows or sunshades was not openable. Four beds are upstairs, rest underground.
