The staff were very friendly , l liked the way they had shop on the premises the cleaner came every 2 days to clean the room she had to use her hand to clean to mop the floor with a piece of cloth she's should have been given a mop and a bucket

The premises was not clean l had to clean the room and bathroom before l had a shower the locks on the windows was not secure enough for me the bathroom was not in a good condition, there was paint peeling of the walls Cockroaches was on the work surface every day when I first got there to place smelt of moldy, l had to keep my clothes in my suitcase the cupboard smelt of moldy the room needs a good revamp

I loved everything including the rooftop pool. The shower was amazing and the services were amazing.
