Maritim 2 by Concept Flats

We stayed from July 14 to 19 and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations set by the listing or the price. The apartment had several issues: - The air conditioner was noisy, especially at night, and disrupted our sleep. - Cleanliness was poor: the sofa was stained, the ceiling had coffee-like marks, and there were visible stains on the walls, curtains, (including the shower curtain, which was dirty) and greasy kitchen cabinets. - The bedsheets were not clean, and there was no proper set for the sofa bed. The only spare sheet we found was stained and unusable. - There seemed to be humidity and possible dust mites . I experienced a strong allergic reaction during the stay. - Water pressure in the shower was very weak. - There was no furniture or shelf in the bathroom to place personal items. - A lamp in the living room/kitchen was not working. We reported these issues, and while the staff offered to change sheets and clean again, these surface-level solutions did not address the overall lack of maintenance and hygiene. Given the price, we expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, this stay negatively impacted our vacation, and we cannot recommend the property in its current condition.

We booked this location right before the big floods from November that afected some parts of Valencia, lots of People died and travelling to the City was dificult. Since our holiday was scheduled 3 weeks after this incident and the city was filled with renovations and large prostests, we tried to cancel or to postpone our trip. They said their location is not affected so we can not have none of the money back, nor postpone our trip. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and flexibility.

The aircondition was noicy and the temperature of the room wasnt cool, even with the AC turned in for hours. There was not ha d soap and champú and shower gel were in little plastic bags, very unpractical to use.

Nothing really

No ventilation at all, super noisy as you can hear everything that goes on in the next door apartment and there happen to be a big group having some kind of party. Awkward check in time (after 4pm) , super uncomfortable badly desciende shower and some other details like the the shampoo / gel is provided in small individual units which are impasible to handle whilst showering.. All in all not great value for money and not a nice stay for us.

Felt like everything was new and super clean. For winter (January) it was warm inside. Spacious and well equipped (two TVs!). In kitchen you have everything you need to cook. Also, there's a café around the corner - it's not even walking distance, but literally you step out and can have brunch in 20 meters. Area was generally peaceful with only minor noise in the morning.

The apartment is built into garage / storage room with direct exit to street. You can drive up to doors to offload your things, but you can't park on the street. Windows are frosted, which gives you privacy, but also makes you feel like in a box and no outside view. Bathroom was huge, the more perplexing it is - why the shower cabin is so small?

Perfect location, cozy and practical.

Nice small studio apartment. Well equipped and comfy. Easy transportation links all around. Parking on near by streets. Coffee shop on the corner. Vouchers for breakfast are an added bonus.
