Friendly staff, really nice facilities. Felt private and safe and super close to everything which was really convenient. Staff were super accomodating in letting us keep our luggage at the premises after check out due to a later flight which was really appreciated!

Location is close to Main Street Sanur but only if on scooter. Reasonably long walk otherwise. Hist very friendly and responsive.

Breakfast not included. They forgot to do room service in the morning and change towels and make bed etc. bed is uncomfortable. Kitchen is rundown and needs maintenance. Pool water not filtered. Bathroom shower is green mouldy timber. Garden needs pruning as overgrown the paths so you can’t use them.

The property is lovely but there’s not much within walking distance so we took Grab cars almost everywhere.
