The location was great, the set up of the villa, large pool, bedroom air-conditioning, water cooler.. indra is .lovely and anything we asked was quickly responded too.

Although on the surface, the villa seemed clean, we couldn't help but feel it possibly could of done with a thorough clean. On day one we found cigarette buts in the pool and we just felt it seemed like a place that people come ans stay at treat with little respect. The towels and sheets have holes and marks and seem thin. The bathroom is so hot, we did not open the blind.

"Lovely and super relaxing."

Comfortable & relaxing in a lovely tropical setting with total privacy. The villa is spacious & very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. J4 is nicely located way from the congestion & chaos, surrounded by high end private villas in a quiet location. Short walk to the beach. Despite not having an onsite restaurant, there is a lovely restaurant about 100m away open all day, serving excellent meals in a lovely quiet relaxing Balinese setting. We arrived at J4 late in the evening & staff were on hand to welcome us. We would definitely be happy for a return stay!

No wine glasses, but the staff tried their best & found 2. Towels could perhaps do with a little bit of of freshening up. Sad to leave!
