1.) The location. 2.) Security.
1.) Hidden Charges. 2.) Dangerously Slippery Bathroom. 3.) Lack of response to issues raised, (We had no wifi for 5 days and no one came to check.) Owner gave us the service provider's number to follow up for ourselves. 4.) The room doubled up as a store, owner had personal items stacked up in my wardrobe. 5.) We had to leave 3 days before our check out date, all our issues seemed unresolvable.
