"Please refund my deposit as soon as possible before I'm lodge a police report"

Why upon booking show rm64 but when make a payment it's become rm148? Then after reach the apartment the agent ask another rm200 for deposit. They said the deposit will refund after check out. But now almost 22 hours already from the check out time I still dint get the refund? I hope becarefull before you make a booking due a lot of hidden charges and hanky panky Agent. This agent dint answer call or reply my text. Is it the agent want to cheat my deposit RM 200?

​The view is very beautiful. ​The place and location are great.

-​The air conditioning is not cold . -​Some of the beds are broken. -​It was a bit less clean than expected. -​It is quite expensive; it would be okay if all the facilities and the view were good, but overall, it was less than satisfactory.

"hotel is ok and beautiful"

I like it because the shops are close and the place is close to the beach.

There is a problem with parking, it is difficult if you bring a lot of cars.

The period of waiting for lift. With baby, it’s very hard to wait for lift longer. I waited for each time for 30mins
