Unable to enter via back door, limited parking immediately near property, surrounding area , lack of thorough cleaning prior to arrival. Ants in kitchen and living room, extra comforter had sticky purple substance

There was quite a bit more space than I thought. If we’re there for longer I would’ve used more of the amenities offered. I’m glad it is cheaper than many hotels in the area!

There are quite a few groups of people that like hanging out on the sidewalk right next to the door and it made me feel rather uncomfortable trying to get all my luggage inside while they sat and watched. While the price was decent, the $150 cleaning fee seems a bit excessive. I think the cleaning fee should be assessed based on how much cleaning there is to do. I left everything spotless for the most part as well as emptied and replaced all garbages and their bags. The only item that needed to be sorted for another group to stay was to wash the bed sheets. A policy that had a range of cleaning fees dependent upon the level of cleanliness the client checks out of the space with would be fair.

The area was not safe. There were not 2 bathrooms and it was not the rental it portrayed online. It was very hard to get a response from someone. I still have not gotten any replies to my inquiries and my trip is over.

Very spacious and comfortable and everything worked. Definitely worth the money

Of course the neighborhood was really noisy
