El desayuno estuvo fantástico, sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes de la estancia. Además, la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del bazar y de la Mezquita. El baño estaba impecablemente limpio, algo que siempre se agradece. En general, la estancia fue buena gracias a la ubicación, la limpieza y el excelente desayuno.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que el hotel indicaba que disponía de ascensor, pero durante mi estancia este servicio no estuvo disponible lo que puede ser un inconveniente para quienes viajan con equipaje o tienen movilidad reducida. Además, no sé si se debía a la ubicación del establecimiento, pero al despertar encontré varias picaduras de mosquitos. Por otro lado, el proceso de check-in fue algo incómodo. Debido a la barrera del idioma, la comunicación se realizó mediante un traductor. Sin embargo, una tercera persona intervino constantemente en la conversación, lo que dificultó la comunicación y me hizo sentir incómoda durante el registro. Considero que una atención más centrada en el huésped habría mejorado significativamente esta parte de la experiencia.

"Plin cu ploșnițe! În momentul în care negi ca ai ;deși ai ploșnițe este cel mai grav și distructiv pt clienți."

Plin de ploșnițe. Știau ca au și au încercat să le distrugă cu spray clasic de insecte. Nu profesional. Spun asta pt ca in camera mirosea a spray de insecte.
