Caravan was situated in a nice quite area of the site and was very comfortable with mod.cons like washer and dishwasher.

Van floor at entrance was covered in crumbs also under the table on arrival. The sink in ensuite the seal has gone in plug. The boiler was faulty so no hot water 1st day. Putrid smell in main bathroom. Stains on single bed sheets. grease all.around the hob rings and also emergency numbers given noone answers or number doesn't exist.. needs someone to.check the cleanliness after the cleaners have been in because if it was my own caravan I wouldn't be happy

Putrid smell from one of the bathrooms, reported, attended but didn't resolve. Told to use other bathrooms.

In fact we didn't stay in the vogue Lodge we stayed in an alternative but still very nice.

The two bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable living room very spacious and very clean

Bathrooms have no bins also the sofa bed the mattress was very uncomfortable could do it being replaced
