I didn't like anything at all

I didn't like staff and management we asked tea they didn't even care to bring so I suggest this place is very bad and the people also not so understanding at all

Location:- good place surrounded by coffee plantations and greenery.

Staff:- Very few staff and not at all responsive. There is no room service available and for any order you'll have to go to reception and give your order. Staff is not at all professional. Food :- average Toilets:- Not properly cleaned and toilet seat was broken.
