We loved the garden and the quiet place that gave us during our accommodation. Everything was professional and it was a quick response, even if I booked it on the latest day. The apartment was cleaned and well-organised, with everything you might need during your stay. Very happy and pleased.

Looked like it was rented as a student accommodation and used as a cash cow during the summer. Quite a dodgy road as well that didn't feel safe. They had rules on 'no smoking' but there were horrid cigarette butts all over the garden and the place smelt of cigarettes. There was no plug in the bathroom. The towels were small and flimsy. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. They sent this hideous sent of rules and demands with loads of loud symbols on - very bossy and authoritarian given the absolutely poor quality of the place. The price was a lot for such a dump. Feels like it is run by a semi-criminal enterprise and I would suggest booking.com does some further checks before putting this on their website. Do not stay here.

Very nice flat, great location for beach and visiting the New Forest, great price too.

There was a problem with the thermostat that the management company could not resolve immediately. However they were very responsive, brought us a portable heater and a gift for the inconvenience. Would not hesitate to book with them again.

Comfortable, with everything you need and more. We were travelling with our labrador dog and got the apartment at the back of the property, with a well-taken care of and good-size garden, which was super! Perfect location, 5-min walk to main street with plenty of cafés and restaurants, 10-min walk to Boscombe pier, beach and overcliff path. Easy check-in and check-out. Attentive owners / managers.
