Location, cleanliness, and responsive hosts. Although there is no breakfast, they restock the supply of snacks, water, coffee capsules, etc., daily.

No microwave or oven. About 40 steps lead to the apartment, and no elevator. We had known it prior to renting the place and did not mind the exercise, but it might bother others.

"Exceptional"

It was above our expectations. Perfect location 50 meters from the beach, a nice cafe nearby to have breakfast, 3 minutes walk to the restaurants at the port. Very clean large room, with lovely balcony and big bathroom, all just renovated. Big size comfortable bed. We had a fridge, a table, a sofa and a spacious wardrobe in the room.There was a coffee machine and a washing machine in the kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Simply perfect!

The apartment are located near the sea and the central walking street, 5 minutes from the port (there you can take bus to Forio and ferry to see Ischia from sea side )The owners are very friendly and nice ,you can leave your bag in day you check out! The room is clean, bright, newly renovated and excellent sound izolation , air conditioning, kettle and free compliments from the owners in the form of drinks and snacks! There is also a separate kitchen, where you can cook food, coffee machine and washing machine!

"Our Ischia stay."

The location was great. It is no more than 100' from the beach, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and it is walking distance to the port. Spacious room looks prestine, reliable airconditioner. No lift, but we didn't need it. We were very happy with our stay.

Nothing comes to my mind... Everything was great.
