Location is perfect, 15min walking diatance to the pier，10min walking to Gaya street.Open the door of balcony，u can see view of ocean.Definitely worth the price!

Had a wonderful stay here. The place is clean and comfortable, making it very pleasant throughout my visit. The owner is very attentive, quick to resolve any issues, and truly understands guests’ needs whenever I made a request. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of things to do in the area. It’s also very convenient for souvenir shopping, as Anjung Kinabalu is just across the road. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

The only issue I faced was with the door lock during check-in, but once I contacted the owner, it was resolved within minutes.

"Good location, very clean, great sea view"

The location is good. Easy walk to the waterfront and the ferry terminal. The Seaview from the apartment is fabulous. Very clean. Good facilities, fridge, kettle, microwave. Good TV. Nice sofa/lounge area. Good communication from the owner.

The lifts are very slow. Being on floor 23A made this frustrating sometimes. But otherwise, a great stay

Selesa..nak makan,nak shoping,nak tengok laut kurang 300 meter..semua dekat..penginapan selesa utk sekeluarga,mesin basuh ada walaupun x boleh drayer,boleh jemur je kat ampaian..
