Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable stay. Very nice to have a good bit of space in the room. Decent location and amenities provided.

Communication with the host could be improved slightly, it sometimes took a while to get a response. We couldn’t get hot water from the shower initially as the water pressure is too high, which we eventually received help from the host about. You can only turn the water on slightly in order for the hot water in the shower to work. The lifts can take a long time to arrive, but understandably nothing can be done about this.
