Everything about the house, it's huge, clean, relax and quiet surroundings. Just within walking distance they're pretty good restaurant. from here it is just few minutes drive to Teluk Cempedak and less than 15 minutes to Kuantan City.

The air conditioning need improvements. The area is a little too quiet where one of the house rules stated no music after 10pm.

The house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for my family. My elderly parents appreciated the ground floor room, while the rest of us enjoyed the upstairs rooms. I love the spacious walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom, providing ample space for organizing clothes and accessories. .The kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils for simple cooking, adding to the homely feeling. The neighborhood was quiet, providing good privacy. The house also had excellent security features, including an autogate and automated passlock for the door, which made us feel safe and secure. We also appreciated the welcoming note with complete instructions on how to use the house's amenities, making our stay even more pleasant and hassle-free.

We wished the water dispenser had hot and cold functions instead of just serving as a water filter.
