Room in Gloucester Road 4

There are tens of bed bugs and I as not able to sleep. Noissy, smell...worst night ever. The onwer was not helpful at all and asked me to find another llace at 10:30 pm.

The bedbugs who covered my whole body in bites. The renter won’t reply to booking .com and I still don’t have a refund. That I had to get in touch with Bristol public health department

I liked the location that's about it

I don't like the fact bed must have been covered in bed bugs that ate me all through the night. At first, I had my doubts, but this was confirmed on the third night after after a long day at work i lay on the bed after about an hour or so I could feel new bumps swelling on my body which were not present the previous day. A message was sent to the host hoping to get a reply, but 24 hours later, still no reply, which to me indicates they were very much aware of the problem and chose to ignore me in the problem just disappears.

The property was clean and easy to check in/ out. The location is good, a bus stop with frequent buses (every 5 mins) to the town centre and also there were shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean. A kettle available in the kitchen. Some free parking available.

The main road outside was very loud. Shared bathroom was often in use so I had to wait. There was no facilities in the room and no tea and coffee. The surrounding roads were very busy, narrow and parked up making finding a space a bit stressful.

Did not like anything. Left after the first night.

No chair in room. No TV. No tea/coffee in room for a tired traveller. Bathroom dirty from other people's use. No towels provided. Basically nothing in the room apart from a dirty bed. It had urine stains on it. No where to hang one single thing. Terrible
