A beautiful, clean and spacious apartment that is both functional and comfortable. The property is secure and offers convenient ground-floor parking for one car. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, it features a well-equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a workspace. The small balcony is a great bonus, offering a lovely open view. There is a shared swimming pool available at the property.

A few points for improvement: the air conditioning would benefit from proper servicing for more cool air. Two fans are provided, one could be cleaned to improve airflow. Some electrical sockets were not working. It would be helpful to have a small dustbin in both bathrooms. For longer stays, adding a cupboard in the master bedroom would be appreciated.

- Appartement tout réssent, jolie, tres grand et spacieux . - lemplacement a 10min de la plage, bus, restaurant , bar a pied ... - Le fait detre autonome a notre arrivée et depart zero soucis - Résidence trés calme dans un lotiment . - Facilité a discuter avec l'hotes trés a l'écoute.

- Lit matelas un peut dure - Manque une climatisation dans le salon car il fesais trés chaud le ventilateur ne souffle pas bien lair - manque ustensil de cuisine la marmite cole beaucoup Sinon super appartement. - télé que netflix les chaines locaux serais un plus - poussiére sous le lit - piscine pas propre donc ont a pas pu profiter c'est une piscine résidentiel mais suffisant.

Большая квартира с раздельными спальнями и двумя ванными комнатами, большая гостиная комната, полотенца есть, и постельное белье. Хорошая крытая стоянка. Не далеко от пляжа и магазинов и ресторанов

В комнате с ванной комнатой около балкона очень плохо работает кондиционер, почти не освежает и гремит так громко что спать невозможно, попросили исправить так никто и не пришел. Бассейн грязный никто не чистит . Мало посуды.
