Mia was very helpful and gave us several tips on typical restaurants. The location is great, a 15-minute walk to the center or a 5-minute with bus.

We had a medical emergency in La Spezia and not knowing the area or where to stay, I found this boarding room. Francesco is amazing and was there for us all throughout our stay. The accommodation was very close to the hospital and there are a range of lovely cafes for breakfast and meals. The room is fabulously clean and bright and modern and there is a light in the shower!!ll USB charger ports at the side of the bed is a fabulous idea too.

The noisy dogs that went out every morning at 7am and then late at night about 11.30pm. This isn't a fault of the room, just the situation. We could have also benefitted from a kettle. As a couple of British travellers, mum and me often really wanted a cup of tea or coffee. Other than that, there wasn't anything that was wrong.

The property is brand new so very clean and beautiful and light! The balcony doors are glass and let in lots of beautiful natural light.
