"Not a responsible and trusty host. If the host could not guaranty the delivery of the house by the check-in time defined"

The host accepted our booking but on our arrival for check-in the house was absolutely dirty from the previous guests and the cleaning team arrived only 2,5 hours later. By 8:30 pm the cleaning team still hadn’t started working on the house and we had to leave and find another place to stay because we would not have the house ready for us before 10:30 pm and despite all this situation the host refused to charge a lower rate or offer a late check out.
