"Avoid this location and this unit."

Nothing, avoid.

The employee who met us was abusive, rude and insulted one of our group, she felt so humiliated and upset that we left one day early. Location is really BAD for airport and Colombo city. The owner was initially apologetic about staff abuse and understood why we’d leave a day early. We agreed on a fee, then the next day he requested more money. It was only when I lodged a complaint to Bookings.com that he stopped trying to get more money. The only negative experience we had in this beautiful country.
