"OK BUT NEEDS IMPROVING FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID."

Great location and large apartment.

1. Noise from construction work on either side of apartment. 2. There is a lot of burn holes in the sofa due to previous people smoking and very badly stained and dirty. 3. The traffic noise is extremely loud this continues throughout the night. 4. Lack of utensils in the kitchen 5. Only a small portable air conditioning/heater and not adequate for the apartment.

It is close to beach and shopping mall and food places

The prop is good size and the location is very good. Just need a few things to update like the window shutters need to be repaired and some cabin in the bathroom need to be fixed rather than this. Everything was good.
