"Disappointing"

The owner renovated a fairly nice space. The room you access from the outside has a prominent damp smell, which is not the best.

What a disappointing experience. The owner of this property should reconsider using this couple to manage it. They claimed to have not received our booking, ignored my calls the entire day, after struggling to get hold of Booking.com the managing couple decided to phone me to ask what I want… having two young children, a pregnant friend and it being 7pm, and not checked in yet and worried that we have nowhere to sleep. Blaming Booking.com is not the way to go. Cherry on the cake… refusing a full or even partial refund for the lack of service provided. What a way to start your new listing.
