Il fatto di essere un po troppo pesanti con divieti e raccomandazioni mandati a raffica via WhatsApp, secondo me esagerano un po

Purtroppo ho dovuto lasciare la struttura poco dopo essere arrivata in quanto la porta della camera non si chiudeva dall’interno (da persona che spesso dorme sola nei beb la possibilità di chiudere a chiave la porta della camera è una caratteristica imprescindibile per la sicurezza). Ho contattato l’assistenza via whatsapp con tanto di video ma la persona che mi ha risposto è stata scortese, prima chiedendomi a me come mai la porta non si chiudesse (come è lo dovessi sapere io!) poi ribattendo dicendo che con i altri ospiti si è sempre chiusa! (Molto rincuorante). Ho abbandonato la struttura senza pernottare. Chiesto il rimborso mi è stato negato

Room is nice and clean. We arrived late but it’s possible to do self check in during the midnight with an extra fee. The host is very communicative and kind. We left some personal stuff in the property by accident and the staffs are very supportive to help find our stuff and keep it until we are back.

Location is a bit far from the airport.

Deception in advertising twin beds. It twin at all. One hidden under the other single

Clean, confortable and quiet. Located near center of Monserrato, very convenient to reach by foot. Very clear instruction to enter in the apartment, extremely convenient as price per value.
