Arnside - Spacious 10-Bedroom Seaside Cottage with Hot Tub

Location was close to Blackpool. Good number of bedrooms. parking good.

Upon arrival check-in time at 3pm, the cleaner was still cleaning and we didn't gain access until 3.15pm. It was not clean! Carpets were dirty and not hoovered properly, kitchen floor was dirty. Vomit on cushion, dirty bedding in some rooms, overall most spaces were dusty. Outside cigarette bin was overflowing and not emptied before arrival. Inside oven dirty, cutlery was not clean. My mum had to wash before using. Outside general waste bins were overflowing and black bin bags on floor next to big red bin. Mouldy bathroom silicone. The list goes on .... We have more photos than allowed to add. Overall, we are extremely disappointed as it was a 70th birthday celebration and we paid a lot of money to stay here. We would not stay again and we would not recommend it . In addition, on our second day, a different cleaner knocked on the door and told us that we needed to get out. We refused as we had paid for 2 nights. She apologised for this error once we showed her booking confirmation. This was the cherry on the cake as it was ironic that the cleaner wanted to kick us out of this dirty accommodation!!! Perhaps we should have let them come in and do a deep clean to remove the accumulation of dirt!!

The accommodation is 10/10. The environment is so clean. Spacious bedroom. The beds are so comfy. Sufficient toilet and bathroom to use for families. It's hot season and all rooms are supplied with fan. The kitchen is topnotch equipped with kitchenware, , washing machine and dryer. The garden is available to relax for family and enough space for kids to play. Separate game room that has different games 🎮. It is very close to both pleasure beach and south beach. The family loves it. Will recommend it for family, it's definately a fantabulous family home 🏡

Very spacious, clean and cosy ! It was like home from home equipped with everything we could possibly need. Lovely location tucked away on a quiet street but really close to the beech and pier ! Literally walking distance. They thought of everything for all ages ! There’s a little box tucked outside with all beech toys for children, every utensil, pan and cooking equipment you could possibly want/need and the down stairs bedroom with adapted en suite was a massive plus for my nan with limited mobility ! Amazing for people with small children as they already have a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs ! That was big plus for us ! The huge living room/diner fit our party of 16 easily and all the bedrooms provided the privacy and space if you wanted/needed it ! There’s a lovely garden out back to which my children and dogs loved ! Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a property for a family get together ! All in all was a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking again !

The only thing I could possibly say is they didn’t have any spare black bags ( I’m sure was an over-site) but I mean who could grumble when everything else was absolutely perfect !

It was clean, tidy, spacious enough for our family and friends. It was closure to all activities, we hardly had to take the car out.. walkable distance to water park, theme park, casino and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious. Loved the cozy woolen blanket along with duvet.

For a group of 15: Have expected more Kitchen utensils, utilities , toiletries. Ensuite room on ground floor was getting wet all through out.

Clean and tidy . Big house 😊 plus everything you need .

Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each family to have their own floors. Had everything we needed at a great price.
